Crescent Construction was founded in 1993, in Austin Texas. For the past fifteen years Crescent has provided its clients with high quality reasonably priced General Construction Services.
Crescent has a history of accepting challenging and difficult
projects
with significant problems to be solved prior to, and during the
construction process. Crescent has successfully applied sound building
principles and thorough systems knowledge to arrive at creative solutions to a
variety of difficult situations.
We have performed medium sized new construction projects, (up to $3 million) major interior rehabilitations, and various "special projects." We at Crescent are proud of both our large and small achievements; recognizing that to our clientele, even a small item may represent a major obstacle in closing a lease, satisfying a tenant, or finalizing a sale. For this reason, we often take on "special projects" that don't quite fit into any category, but require a great deal of expertise and problem solving. We realize that troubles of this nature are often unattractive for most contracting companies.
