Aperian formerly MSI
Located on East 7th Street in Austin, the offices of
the Aperian corporation reside at the previous location of the "Don
Limon" restaurant.
Because the old location was a full service restaurant, it's conversion to office space for a "high tech" environment presented an interesting challenge. The demolition of a commercial kitchen for use as an open office area; and the removal of a large bar area for use as a well appointed conference room were just a couple of challenges involved in this project.
