Interior Projects:
5th & Lamar
We performed a
wide scope of work at the 5th and Lamar center in Austin, Texas. We
provided all of the "landlord" required work for the leasehold
improvements at "Starbucks", and "Earful of
Books", and the common area
corridor and restroom improvements for the entire 2nd floor of the
project. Additionally, we constructed the project developers home office
at this project.

The projects on this property
were relatively straight forward, with the major limitation being the budgetary
constraints of the clients. Economies were achieved by designing an
efficient electrical distribution and switch gear
installation,
a direct factory purchase of state of the art high efficiency package HVAC
units, the utilization of stained and waxed concrete floors, and a cost
effective common area finish package.
